Paul Lappin is an experienced company director and chairman, leading companies across a diverse range of sectors including tourism, events and hospitality, bio-technology and commercial sectors. Paul is a Director of Australian Grand Prix Corporation and the PGA Australia (Professional Golfers Association). He previously served as Chairman of ASX listed Polynovo Ltd (PNV) (formerly Metabolic Pharmaceuticals Ltd), and the privately held UCI Pty Ltd, and was a director of the Melbourne Fashion Festival.

As an experienced chartered accountant, Paul ran a boutique advisory company, providing advice to a range of large businesses, state governments and national research organisations following a number of years working for PriceWaterhouse Coopers in Australia and North America.

After graduating as a Medical Doctor and finishing his MBA, the  first six years of his career Nico worked for Sandoz, a multinational pharmaceutical company. Upon leaving Sandoz, Nico began his entrepreneurial career by becoming one of the founding partners of Plexus Medical Group (largest healthcare consulting company in the Netherlands) and founder, board member and shareholder of Zorgdomein BV, Performation BV and Plexus Interim BV, respectively. In 2012, he joined the board of Bergman Clinics as COO, later as CMO and finally as CFO. In 2016 till 2018 Nico worked as CEO at the Rotterdam Eye Hospital. In the last ten years, Nico has successfully capitalized on his endeavors and reinvested in multiple healthcare startups. In 2018, Nico founded a new company X-Infex B.V. that develops biocidal polymers.

Dr Bronwyn King AO is a former radiation oncologist and global public health advocate, championing international efforts to advance healthy indoor air as a critical pillar of health and resilience. As co‑founder of the new global NGO Air Club, she is building a global movement working with governments, UN agencies and partners—including in collaboration with the French G7 Presidency—to drive awareness and action. In 2025, she co‑convened the first high‑level UN General Assembly event on indoor air quality, helping to catalyse global momentum on this issue. She founded and is the CEO of Tobacco Free Portfolios, mobilising over US$19 trillion in tobacco‑free finance, and a recipient of the WHO Director‑General’s Special Award for outstanding contribution to global tobacco contro and 2019 Melburnian of the year. Her TEDxSydney talk has inspired widely, with over three million views. She also serves as Chair of Medical Indemnity Protection Society and was a Team Doctor with the Australian swimming team for 10 years.

Ms McGowan is currently the Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary of Sigma Healthcare Ltd having been in this role since October 2021. Ms McGowan is an experienced Director and Company Secretary with over 15 years experience for a broad range of corporate structures and businesses. Kara began her legal career at Clayton Utz and over the years she has held a variety of legal and commercial roles including General Counsel & Company Secretary Transdev, Company Solicitor – Kmart and Head of Joint Ventures for Australian Unity Investments.  Ms McGowan is admitted as a Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria, holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance and is a Graduate and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Danny Sims served as CEO of Ramsay Health Care’s Australian operations from 2015 to 2020, leading a network of 72 private hospitals and day surgery facilities generating over AU$5 billion in annual revenue. He previously held senior roles at Ramsay spanning nearly two decades, including COO of its Australian and Asian operations. Earlier in his career, he was a healthcare finance executive in the US and an auditor with Ernst & Young. Danny has extensive board experience, including as President of the Australian Private Hospital Association and a director of HESTA superannuation fund. He currently serves on the boards of Health Co, REDIMED, Day Hospital Partners and CrowdCoder. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the London Business School Senior Executive Program.
